Originally incorporated as Jagatra Devi Investment Private Limited, Subha Ventures Limited has undergone a strategic transformation — increasing authorized capital to NPR 50 million and adopting a broader, more ambitious corporate identity.
The company is now preparing for conversion into a Public Limited Company, targeting paid-up capital of NPR 500 million (50 Crore), expanding to approximately 150 long-term, committed shareholders.
